Ma première ferme

Après mon atterrissage à Vancouver le 8 mai, je me dirigerai vers la ville d'Abbotsford pour faire du wwoofing dans la ferme organique Goat's Pride Dairy. C'est par mail que j'ai contacté cette ferme (une de celles que j'avais sélectionnées dans la liste du site de wwoofing). Et c'est ainsi que leurs hôtes (très gentils au passage) ont accepté de m'accueillir chez eux pendant un mois.

Our 20 acre, family farm is set in beautiful countryside in the Fraser Valley. We are a home schooling family and love to meet WWOOFers from all over the world. We have over 100 goats & make organic cheese, yogurt & bottled milk in our processing plant. We ship to local health stores & cheese shops as well as farmer's markets. Also raise a few pigs & beef for meat, chickens for eggs & grow some fruit, nuts & vegetables. Relax by our salmon spawning creek or use our bikes to explore the countryside. We offer shared accommodation in a WWOOFer cabin or bedroom & all meals with the family. Non-smoking long-term WWOOFers and/or interns are welcome to help with any aspect of our operation.We are looking for a couple of girls to help us out this March and April.
